There is a 10% BUYERS PREMIUM charged to Buyer and collected at closing.

The Seller agrees to provide and pay for owner's title insurance, deed preparation, conveyance fee and the proration of real estate taxes.

The successful bidder will deposit $3,000.00, payable by cash or check, and close within (30) days of the auction.

All ONLINE bidders are agreeing to come to the offices of Coldwell Banker King Thompson, Realtors, located at 8800 Lyra Drive-Suite 600, Columbus, OH 43240 not later that 5:00 PM. two calendar days after the auction...to execute applicable real estate documents and deliver required earnest money deposit.
